The Spanish international is set to return to action in the final match of the season...

Whatever reservations were held about Barcelona's chances of easily shoring up the Liga title against Valladolid at the Camp Nou on Sunday have been put to rest as Andres Iniesta is set to make his return from injury.

As reported by Sport, the Spanish international returned to training today and is likely to start in this Sunday's Liga match which will see Barca clinch the title if they win. Iniesta, who turns 26 years old today and was congratulated by his team-mates at training, suffered a hamstring tear that kept him out for over a month, during which time Barca were eliminated from the Champions League.

Iniesta is set to take on Xavi Hernandez's role in the attacking midfield as his compatriot has been ruled out of Sunday's match because of suspension.
